I WILL PLACE THE OWNERS NAME AND ADDRESS WITH THE PUPPIES LISTED SO YOU MAY CONTACT THAT PUPPIES BREEDER FOR MORE INFORMATION CONCERNING THAT PUPPY. I ALSO AM NOT LIABLE FOR MONIES/PUPPIES NOT OWNED BY MYSELF. PLEASE ASK IF THAT PUPPY HAS A GUARANTEE THAT HIS OR HER BREEDER PROVIDES. I DO TRY TO BE AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE AND ONLY WANT THE VERY BEST FOR EACH PUPPY WHETHER OWNED BY MYSELF OR NOT.

PUPPY CONTRACT
My top concerns ARE for the health, happiness and social well being of all my Pomeranian babies young and old. Please be aware that this puppy will be a forever member of your family. Just like birthing a child. They need a loving, warm, and happy environment with medical attention. If you feel that at anytime you can't do these things for him/her please contact me. I will adopt (with or without a refund of money) him or her. There are always special circumstances. Please don't hesitate to contact me during normal hours. If you have any medical situation arise contact your VET immediately… Most of all enjoy your pup. They grow up so fast…
Buyer's Responsibilities:
Have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery (Sunday not included). If the puppy is not vet checked with the first 72 hours then this contract is null and void.
After the first 72 hours it will be the buyer's responsibility if the puppy develops an upper respiratory infection, respiratory infection, pneumonia, hyperglycemia (sugar shock), coccidia or hernia. Please discuss preventive measures with your Veterinarian. Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
Annual physical examinations by a licensed Veterinarian.
Follow Veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations & de-worming.
If the puppy is not spayed/neutered before leaving the Breeder's care, Buyer will assume all responsibility & risks of spaying, neutering or breeding. ALL PUPS SOLD WITH LIMITED AKC AS PETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED BY 6 MONTHS OF AGE. IF FULL RIGHTS HAVE NOT BEEN PURCHASED THEN THE BUYER AGREES THAT THE PUP/ADULT IS NOT TO BE USED FOR BREEDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS! PUPPIES/ADULTS FOUND TO BE USED FOR BREEDING WITHOUT HAVING BOUGHT FULL RIGHTS BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF ME CHARLOTTE HARNISHFEGER OR A MONITARY AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID IN FULL OF $500.00. PUPS/ADULTS THAT I DON'T OFFER FULL RIGHTS WITH USUALLY ARE NOT OF BREEDING QUALITY OR SIZE.
Breeder's Responsibilities:
If within the first 72 hours, your Veterinarian identifies a "health issue" which REQUIRES THE EUTHANIZATION OF THE PUPPY then, I, the breeder will exchange puppy with another puppy of equal quality. The replacement puppy may be from a different litter in a later time of the year. Buyer must return original puppy, with a written report from Veterinarian & registration papers to the breeder within 48 hours of notifying the breeder. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If within the first 6 months of age a qualified veterinarian detects a genetic disorder that is serious enough that the puppy/adult must be euthanized then the buyer is entitled to receive a new puppy of the same quality and price. A signed report from the vet that diagnosed the puppy needs to be sent to the breeder immediately. The breeder will have a licensed veterinarian interpret the report. If breeder's vet concurs, breeder will exchange the puppy.
ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
There are NO refunds of money- only the replacement of puppy with one of equal quality and price. The buyer understands that the replacement puppy may come from another breeding (sometimes later in the year) if I do not have an available puppy of equal price or quality at that time.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, care of the puppy by the buyer or that are NOT covered are: starvation, hyperglycemia (sugar shock), allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, autoimmune disorders and open fontanels these are not covered by this guarantee.
I do not guarantee size at maturity. I base the weights off of the Toy Breed Weight Chart. The adult weight depends very much on the home environment; food, exercise etc. I do recommend Eukanuba, Purina ProPlan, Nutro Natural Choice, Royal Canine. These are all well balanced feedings. Please consult your vet for guidance when choosing a pet food.
All hernias (including navel & ingle) will be repaired before leaving if found by my vet. Hernia repairs/PATELLA LUXATIONS do not warrant EXCHANGES. THESE CONDITION ARE COMMON IN SMALLER DOGS SPECIFICALLY THIS BREED. I do not refund/reimburse for shipping. Buyer understands that the replacement puppy may come from a different breeding at a later date. Depending on litter availability. NO Cash refunds will be given nor refund on shipping.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
All expenses incurred medical or otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer.
