This is SKIP. What a gorgious pretty boy.. He is genetically a beaver. He has the chocolate/liver nose and pinkish hue to his coat. Skip weighted 6 lbs when I first brought him home. He was definetly overweight and had the waddle to prove it... Since then he has been put on a diet and is currently weighting in at a HEALTHIER 4 lbs 6 ozs. He still is as cute as he can be.. When I first saw him I fell for that prance and thrown back head.. He has the most beautiful double coat, short legs, muzzle and body. It was love at first sight. Then I picked him up and he took my heart with one lick (i think it was more like 100licks). I use a belly band on this young man and he runs around the house proudly prancing and dancing and kissing everything in sight. He is truely a special young man.
I have always wanted a chocolate n tan and now I have been blessed with the perfect lil man. This is My lil Mr. PJ. He is so playful and just loves life. By far he is a mommas boy. I have found over the years that males tend to capture my heart. Males are usually devoted to one special person but will attend to and love others as well. Males just go that extra mile. They will try to please you and will show whom is their favorite person in the house. PJ is no exception. Everyday he wakes up is another day to show me something new that he learned to do. He learned to climb up on the couch recently with the help of my one and half year old. She placed a box of wipes on the floor next to the couch and he promptly took his que to follow her up. Very smart lil man. As of 10-15-08 (10 months old) he is weighing in at 4 lbs 1 oz. He came just at the perfect time to help heal my broken heart when Mr T died. Thank you God for this bundle of daily blessings. I soooooo miss Mr T but PJ reminds me why I love animals so much... P.S. I named him PJ Buttercup after his sister which stayed at their momma's house. She is the color of butter. The names of each of my poms are very special to me. Sometimes it takes me weeks to name them.
WOW what a pedigree
lots of Weehearts and color to boot....

REST IN POMMIE PEACE BABY BOY
On Friday June 10th 2009, Evan was let out and on Sunday June 12th my baby boy was hit and killed by a car. That friday our cable was being fixed by our cable provider INSIGHT. It was the last run for the repair guy and he made a terrible mistake. He left our side gate open. We never use this gate nor can you see it from the front of the house. We searched and searched for him. My family and I put up 50 + posters and walked door to door. We received several tips and tracked him to an area almost 2.5 miles from our house. But in the end we where about 1/2 a mile away from the spot he was hit and killed. Evan was microchipped and had his colar on. My heart is broken. Evan is also my sons' EVANs dog. Yes my sons name is Evan too. We loved him so much. He is and was a great baby boy. God I wish I could change what happened....... Moral of the story I am now looking into trackable gps microchips for all my babies.
